It focuses much on laminate and vinyl flooring, paints, baseboards, wall partitions, doors, and panels. However, it is also well known and respected for its quality furniture and toys. Today it is one of the most respected companies of its kind in the world. Its materials have been used in some of the most prestigious modern institutions in the past two centuries.

The company has also always been guided by a strong environmental friendly ethic, something very rarely found in any company during the 50s. It is known as the first business in South America to have a recycling plant. This plant is used by the company to convert leftover wood to energy. Eucatex is not the only company Flavio Maluf leads. He also serves as the president of Grandfood Group, the parent company of Premier Pet and Golden Feeds. However, his greatest passion remains his leadership of Eucatex, which he has successfully led to become a multi-million dollar industry.

Flavio has been instrumental in forming Eucatex subsidiaries and export partners all over the world. One way that Flavio helps the company stay increasingly prosperous is by always keeping up to date with the latest technology.
