Easy Diet Hack


I really wanted to make this video so that I could help you guys stay on track with your healthy eating plans. But please just remember, it’s not about how you look. It’s about how you feel and eating healthy can really contribute a huge difference to your life. When you eat healthy, you wake up with so much more energy in the morning. You also don’t get tired and lethargic after a meal (don’t you hate that?)


If any of you guys haven’t heard about my seven-day meal plan, I just want to let you know that I’ve received such greater feedback on it, so be sure to check it out, too. The reason I’m going into detail on this is that my boyfriend recently lost nine kilos on it, and that’s when he was super busy, working ten hours a day. So, I know that even little health tips can make a big difference in people’s lives.


So, without further adieu, today’s video is a tribute to all the lazy girls like me, because if you’re anything like how I am, you literally just ly around the house, or sit in bed texting. You just couldn’t be bothered to go to the fridge.


┬áThe key to a successful lifestyle change is to work with your personality, not against it. The environment plays a huge role in how you eat. If it’s really easy to get your hands on, you will eat it because it’s just there. So replace your unhealthy junk food with nutritious snacks that are good for you, like carrots and hummus.


Look at your pantry, your fridge, your counter tops, anywhere where you might have food. Really ask yourself, is this healthy for me? Do I want to eat it? If it’s junk, then throw it away. Then go to the supermarket and pick up some food that’s actually good for you.
